Your card is saved securely by Stripe for future lead charges. Adding a card costs $0. Your bank may show a small temporary verification that disappears on its own.

A lead is assigned to you
It appears in your Inbox and your alerts go out. No leads, no charges.

The lead’s price is charged to your card right away, and you get a receipt by email.

No. Adding a card charges nothing. Your card is only charged when a lead is assigned to you.

No. There’s no deposit, no minimum spend, and no subscription. You only pay for the leads you receive.

When a lead is assigned to you. Example: you receive three $18 leads on Monday, so you see three $18 charges and three receipts. Leads that arrive within moments of each other may share one charge.

Final expense leads start at a $17 floor. You set a max bid per campaign, and our second-price auction usually settles below your max — so you often pay less. You never pay more than your max bid. See Campaign basics for how bidding works.

No. You never pay more than the max bid you set, and your daily cap limits how many leads you can receive per day. You can lower either — or pause your campaign — at any time.

Lead delivery pauses and your account moves to past due. Open Billing and use Pay now with your saved card or a different one. We may retry a failed charge automatically, but Pay now is the fastest fix. Delivery resumes once the charge is paid.

Some banks require extra verification (3-D Secure / SCA). When that happens, the charge is treated as failed until you confirm it with Pay now under Billing.

A delivered, exclusive lead is the product, so there are no change-of-mind refunds. The exception is our quality policy: a lead verified as invalid is refunded in full when you report it within 7 days.

The full price goes back to your original card, and Stripe emails you a receipt. If that isn’t possible, we add a credit that’s applied to your next lead charge.

Each sold lead is backed by an evidence pack — the consumer’s consent certificate, IP address, timestamp, and a recording where applicable — which we use to resolve chargebacks and disputes.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card is stored securely with Stripe. Writesure never sees or stores your full card number on its own servers.

After your account is approved. Linking a card doesn’t charge anything. You can review or replace the card on file under Billing.
You stay in control of spend through your max bid and daily cap on each campaign. Lower either one to slow down; pause a campaign to stop entirely.
